I’ve to contact Booking about with no success . I paid a 50.00 refundable deposit for incidentals. Used none of it checked out with a clerk that no Interest but she did say she’d take care of the refund. The hotel has not . I’ve stayed there before and never had a problem. I will never there again or use booking again. You both have made it impossible to correct the problem. I use your email or theirs and I’m notified it’s not in use anymore. No reasonable customer service!!!

It starts with the warm welcome I received at the front desk and the courteous staff throughout my stay. The room was very nice, a good size and very clean. I booked at this location because of the proximity to the airport and needing to drop off family members for an early morning flight and not wanting to navigate the roads of a city I was not familiar with. This proved to be just perfect as I did not even need to get on a busy road to get to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

location is walking distance for the airport and across the street from a large Casino so there is entertainment and food in the immediate area and its only 5 minutes from another shopping/restaurant area. I had a room at the end of the 2nd floor which was great for my pet, easy quick access to the outside and little traffic which helps keep my pet from reacting to hallway traffic and disturbing other guests.

The location on the airport property is excellent. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is fine as a place to sleep, there is a decent breakfast.

Quiet and clean. Looked pretty modern to me, even though they had 'renovations coming soon' signs all over. Breakfast was the usual sausage or bacon and eggs; waffle maker, and cold cereal. Service was friendly and efficient. FREE BEER on tap from 4-6 pm! About a 15 min drive to the downtown area.

The location at the airport is convenient, and the staff's willingness to provide quick shuttle service 24 hours a day really outstanding. The room was OK, though the renovations coming (according to a sign in the room) will be welcome.

Breakfast was very good. Sarah T. was the staff person at breakfast. She was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by how she did her job - especially how thoroughly she cleaned tables, kept breakfast items replenished, and how she was ready to help anyone who needed assistance with anything.

Your night staff person was awesome! It was 11:00 at night and she was cheerful, smiling, and engaging. It was a nice change of pace from the usual grumpy night crew at most hotels. The room was incredibly quiet, especially for being practically on an airport runway. The bed was very nice. If I have a complaint it was the hideous broken foam pillows....uncomfortable and weird. Love your toiletries!
